I am happy to note that a document is being brought out to highlight a positive change in rural life of Madhya Pradesh due to effective implementation of NREGS-MP.

The speedy integrated development in the state is leading to prosperity of rural families. Access of rural families to necessary facilites and essential sevices has improved considerably. The poor families are now leading a dignified life. The focus is on the most vulnerable people.

The National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme MP is being implemented so creatively that the needy rural families have job opportunities and sustalbable assets are dotting the rural areas. The Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken a number of initiatives for protection of livelilhoods.

The impact of NREGS is distinctly visible in the state. The involvemnt of Panchayat Raj Institutions in plantations, land improvements, creation of irrigation sources etc. has yielded encouraging results. Consequently, the poor rural families are marching forward on the path of development. I wish the scheme all success for the future.
